orthodontist appointment

pick up becca

go to the airport and pick up gigi

go to lunch at m's with becca & gigi

go to airport and pick up kerry lynn

spend the day with said friends

are you kidding me? i am giddy!

i CAN NOT wait.

yesterday i went to 2 of my favorite places before i went to denise's for photos. target and whole foods. i found so many cool things at target....holiday napkins, the most awesome chandelier gift bags, a red coat....dishes that i want for the holidays, but resisted the urge to buy.

i forgot the directions to denise's house, which is in a neighborhood that i wasn't familiar with. knocked on her neighbor's door, because i forgot her house number right after i hung up with her. but i made it. and i fell in love with the neighborhood and especially her house and yard. fabulous. just a perfect sanctuary. huge trees, lots of foliage and stone paths. her home and family are charming. just what i would expect from denise.

i wish i had a photo like this of me and my kids when they were young. so much more personality than the photos where everyone has a cheesy grin and is looking at the camera...well, i guess this photo does have a cheesy grinner! but i adore this photo. denise is busy with 3 little ones and i think this captures the type of energy it takes to do what she is doing; and she does it with a smile. her 3 are almost exactly 6 months older than each of brooke's three and each the same gender. lots of energy. thanks denise!

Oh I agree! Pictures that are posed seem like they are demanding a false perfection. I love your photos because you always seem to catch that twinkle of individual personality. Each photo tells a story and captures a moment in time. I hope you have a wonderful time with your friends! jesica T.
